The second batch of customized rotary drilling tools set off again for Guinea
On January 13, the second batch of customized rotary drilling rigs for overseas clients was delivered as scheduled and will be shipped to Guinea, injecting "Made in China" strength into the country's key infrastructure projects and continuing to write a new chapter in cross-border cooperation.
The delivered drilling tools include three core categories: D600mm cutter double-bottom sand buckets, cutter barrel drills, and open-body buckets, all custom-designed by Herin Machinery based on the complex geological conditions in Guinea and the client's construction standards. Among them, the D600mm cutter double-bottom sand bucket is constructed with high-strength Q355B manganese steel plates, equipped with an embedded full top plate and a double-layer triangular reinforced square head structure, effectively preventing issues such as borehole deviation and deformation during construction. It is suitable for diverse strata such as sand layers and gravel layers, significantly improving soil discharge efficiency and operational stability. The open-body bucket features an optimized top opening mechanism, balancing rapid soil discharge with structural robustness.
As a comprehensive service provider with years of expertise in the rotary drilling accessories sector, Herin Machinery consistently adheres to international high standards for product quality control.
